Participants will have an opportunity to view the exhibition “Louis Comfort Tiffany: Treasures from the Driehaus Collection” as inspiration to make their own glass flowers. The day will start off with a tour of glass artworks, followed by a delicious boxed lunch from Kaffeina to be enjoyed at the Museum. Students will then make their way to the state-of-the-art glassblowing facilities at Salem Community College where they will learn the art of glassblowing. Using heat, movement, and gravity each person will shape molten glass into a beautiful flower.
