Pow Wow of Arts and Culture

Planned in partnership with community advisors and the Nanticoke Indian Association, this event celebrates indigenous culture. Principle Chief Coker of the Lenape Indian Tribe will open the event, Keith Colston (Tuscarora and Lumbee) will MC, and Urie Ridgeway (Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape) is the Arena Director. Dancers and musicians include Head Lady Adrienne Harmon (Nanticoke), Head Male Louis Campbell (Lumbee), and Host Drum: Red Blanket Singers (Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape). Visitors of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.
