Connected: Creative Meditation in Motion

Explore creative movement and enjoy live music with Arden in Motion and the Awakened Heart Spiritual Center in the Museum’s Anthony N. Fusco Reservoir Labyrinth.

Experience a unique opportunity to set a mindful intention in a Tibetan prayer wheel while listening to the enchanting sound of multiple singing bowls echoing around the Labyrinth. Participants will also be invited to explore mindful breathing techniques, body awareness, and rhythmic centering through guided creative movement/dance structures in the Labyrinth. Visitors can choose to participate at any time or observe as they enjoy live music and the beauty of the practice. Refreshments will be available for all.
