Mindful Family Labyrinth Walk 

 

Families are invited to take a break and decompress with Petite Yogi in the Delaware Art Museum Labyrinth. Together we will reconnect with our breath, tune out the chatter and tune into our surroundings, and practice a few playful yoga postures. No yoga experience necessary.
